Advising on gifts of real estate

UMFREA advises UMF and the University on strategic real estate issues and assists in cultivation of real estate gifts, with an understanding of how real estate can strengthen the University ecosystem and diversify its financial support. These services include soliciting, analyzing, and negotiating real estate transactions, as well as providing expertise in place-making, community relations, and community development.
